Cookbooks are a source of joy and inspiration for Janet, and she’s been honored to have had the opportunity to be a part of many cookbook creation teams. Her scope of work includes developing and editing recipes, collaborating with recipe developers and chefs, and writing recipe headnotes, chapter intros, and other cookbook copy.
